Pack 1040 Leader Training Checklist

We need Medical Forms for all Scouts and each family memebers that will be participating in activities (meetings, camp outs, etc.)  http://scouting.org/filestore/pdf/34605_Letter.pdf

All Pack 1040 Den Leaders, Assistant Den Leaders and Pack Committee Members are required to complete the following training:

1. Fast Start Training (online at www.myscouting.org ) (15 minutes)

2. Youth Protection Training (online at www.myscouting.org ) (20-30 minutes)
 - renew after 2 years - http://www.scouting.org/Training/YouthProtection/CubScout.aspx

3. This is Scouting (online at www.myscouting.org ) (30 minutes)

4. Position Specific Training (online at www.myscouting.org )

Training records will be recorded on ScoutTrack.

*One adult from each family needs to complete Youth Protection Training online. This will be required for their Scout to receive awards at the Pack 

Youth Protection Training: The Boy Scouts of America places the greatest importance on creating the most secure environment possible for our youth members. To maintain such an environment, the BSA developed numerous procedural and leadership selection policies and provides parents and leaders with resources especially for the Cub Scout programs.
