Treasurer’s
Report
Michelle reported that the
account balance is $8,119.32. Recharter fees and payment for last
year’s Blue&Gold banquet are outstanding. $500 will be
deposited into the pack’s awards
account.
Training
1. At least 1 leader from each
Webelos Den and Tiger leader Tim Bailey are now all considered to
be TRAINED.
2. The December Committee Meeting
will begin with a quick session for Bear and Wolf Den
leaders.
3. Marci is compiling a list of
all Pack members who have an Akela who has completed
YPT
Awards
1. The deadline for entering
achievements into Scout Track for November meeting awards is
Friday, November 13.
2. Some medical forms and YPT
certificates may be outstanding and are required to be on file
before a scout can receive his awards. Michelle G. will confirm
that all membership dues are
paid.
November Pack Meeting at
Grace
Gathering activity will be making
ornaments and other preparation for Seafarer’s holiday service
project at Grace.

Popcorn
Sales
Michelle needs orders from each
den to her via email by Friday. She sent emails regarding this on
Monday to all Pack members. Payment is due at the November Pack
meeting. We are hoping for 100% participation this year so that
the pack will earn an ice cream party. Marci will call all den
leaders not present at the meeting to remind them of this
deadline (DONE).
Seafarers
Shoeboxes are still needed.
Arrow of
Light
Ceremony will be December 5 at 5
PM at Brazos Bend SP. No camping spots are available at this
time. We expect to have 6, possibly 7, Scouts who have earned
their Arrow of Light. Webelos 1s are encouraged to
attend.
